DESCRIPTION:Schedule\n				The 2026 schedule will be posted the week before the tournament \n*For travel purposes\, games wills start on Saturday and Sunday at 8am.  Games will end on Sunday by 4pm.  Please book travel accordingly! \nAny schedule requests must be submitted in writing to events@dev.legendslax.com at least 30 days prior to the start of the tournament.  Schedule requests are not guaranteed but Legends will do our best to accomodate if received within the timeframe.  \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Field Map/Facility Rules\n				COMING SOON! \n  \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Tournament Rules\n				2026 RULES COMING SOON! \nScoring and Time \n\nRefs keep game time\nTable keeps score and penalty time\n\nTournament Play – Pool Play \n\n 2 – 17 minutes halves\n2- minute halftime\n3 game guarantee (Pool Play)\nNo Timeouts\nNo Overtime\n2023 NFHS Rules with modifications below\n\nPlayoff Rules \n\n 2 – 21 minutes halves\n3- minute halftime\n Playoff Games…\n\n\nTeams are awarded (1) one minute time-out per team in Regulation Time\nThe clock will stop. Timeout does NOT roll over to OT.  No timeouts in OT\nTimeout can be called when the team calling the timeout is in possession of the ball\, anywhere on the field\nOvertimes will begin immediately and be decided by sudden victory.  OT will have a Running Clock on all whistles.  First goal scored wins the game.\n\n\nInjuries\n\nAny injury within 2 minutes and under that requires the game to be stopped\, the clock stops with the injury.\nAny injury with more than 2 minutes remaining when the game is stopped\, a maximum of 1 minute will come off the clock to assess the injury before the clock is stopped\n\n\n\nBOYS SPECIFIC RULES \n\n No stick checks unless refs think a stick is outrageously illegal\n 4 pole maximum on the field\n Mercy Rule\n\n(applies to 2031 and below) Applied when there is a 5 goal deficit in pool play.  Teams down by 5 or more goals will get a free clear after each goal.  Coaches can agree to waive this rule.\n\n\nCounts\n\n30 seconds to advance the ball into the box (Pool Play and Playoffs)\n2024 – 2030 Grad Years:  Clearing Counts.\nNo Counts – 2031/32 Grad Year and below.  Exception is a 4-second goalie count\nChampionship/Playoff Games Only:  The leading team must keep it in the box under 2 minutes if they are ahead by 2 goals or less.\n\nIf a score changes to 2 goals or less under 2 minutes the clock will stop and start with the whistles\nIf teams are ahead by 3 goals or more\, the clock will remain running\n\n\n\n\nChecking\n\nLimited body checking in 2028 – 2032.  Big hits & physical play (even within three yards of a loose ball) constitute unnecessary roughness (90 sec penalty)\nOne handed stick checks are not allowed in any youth divisions (2031 and below)\n\n\nPenalties\n\nPenalties are running time starting on the whistle (45 or 90 seconds)  Penalty time stops during injuries\, end of quarters and while another penalty is being assessed.\n\n\n2032 Specific– No Poles– No Counts– Penalties:  Player does not leave the field and fast break 4 v 3 occurs– 8 v 8 (3 Mid\, 2 def\, 2 attack\, 1 goalie)\n\nEJECTIONS \n\nGame ejections are handled by the referees\nTournament ejections are handled by the tournament director (2 unsportsmanlike conduct penalties warrant ejection or 1-game suspension)\n\nRANKINGS: \n\nWin = 3 points\nLoss = 0 points\nTie = 1 point\n\nIn the event that a team needs to play a 4th pool game in order to give a second team their 3rd game:\n\n The 4th game will be identified and acknowledged with a ‘*’ on Tourney Machine\nThe 4th game will not count for any potential points or Goals Against for the team playing their 4th game\nFor the team playing their 3rd game\, the results will count for points and goals against\nIn the event that there is a tie breaker scenario\, which includes a teams head to head being their fourth game\, that has been identified with ‘*’ the head to head will NOT be applied.\n\n\n\n\n\nTie Breakers \nIf 2 teams are tied with POINTS: \n\nHead to Head\nGoals Against TOTAL\nGoals Against Common Opponent.  If multiple common opponents\, take the sum.\n\nIf more than 2 teams tied with POINTS: \n\nIf 1 team beat the other 2 teams – that team will advance and the second 2 will fall back into tiebreaker rules\nGoals Against Total\nGoals Against Common Opponent (only used if all teams played common opponent.  If multiple common opponents\, take the sum)\nCoin Toss/Bravehart\n\n\n\n\nIf a team is still tied after these tie breakers and is eligible for championship playoff bracket\, a Braveheart may be used to determine who advances.  The tournament director will determine the scheduling of a braveheart based on fields and availability\n\n\n\nROSTERING \n\nAll players must be registered and can only play for 1 team\, unless approved by event director\, in each event.\nUnregistered players are considered ineligible for play and if found may result in a team forfeiting games and player ejection from event.\nAny teams who are found moving players or playing with ineligible players will forfeit that game and possible any others already played.\n\nIf a coach asks for a roster check the process is as follows: \nEvent Director will first check registration – \n\nIf player is registered for the team they are playing on and fits the age guidelines there is no punishment\nIf player is not registered but belongs on the contested team the player may be ejected and the game may be deemed a 1-0 forfeit\, but game play may continue.  All decisions will be made by on site event director\nIf a player is moved within a club from one team to another both the player and BOTH TEAMS will be subject to ejection or forfeit\n\n  \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				College Coaches\n				2026 College Coaches will be posted as they confirm!
